Focal Trio Be6 Review... Sort of.

What happens when you give professional-level audio gear to a non-professional? Well, that is what happened when I got my hands on the amazing Focal Trio6 Be Studio monitors. It was a bit of trial and a whole lot of error but in the end, I learned a heck of a whole lot and had fun doing it. This was my first go around with Focal and to be honest, I'm even more curious about the rest of their lineup.

The Trio6 Be is a three-way speaker with a 1” tweeter, a 5” woofer, and an 8” subwoofer. It has a nifty FOCUS mode that defeats the bass driver and reconfigures the Trio6 Be into a two-way monitor. 

The Trio6 Be was designed to meet the standards of the most demanding engineers. This dual monitor is the new reference in its price range owing to its extreme neutrality, it's precise stereophonic imaging, and its ability to resolve the most minute sonic details, while its Class G amplifiers deliver SPL levels to suit all musical styles.
